Blaise T. Ryan has been practising Asian medicine & therapeutic techniques for over 25 years.
He began his formal studies in Acupuncture & Traditional Chinese Medicine in the year 2000. Prior to that he lived & traveled throughout Asia studying traditional Thai massage, Indian energy healing, food healing & a variety of Asian martial arts.
In clinical practice since 2004 in Ottawa, Blaise is best known for his Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnostic skills. Proficient in pulse reading, tongue diagnosis, face reading, palpation & postural assessment, he is able to explain in simple terms the ancient Chinese medical understanding of even the most complex & mysterious symptoms. This is an important step on the path to healing. Only when the problem is properly diagnosed can the treatment be effective.
Traditional Chinese Medicine, when properly understood & applied, is one of the world’s most advanced & cohesive systems of medicine. Only with today’s modern science are we really beginning to understand the depth of accuracy to this ancient medicine.
Blaise’s mission is to be an emissary of Traditional Chinese Medicine & acupuncture to help his patients unlock the healing power within their own bodies.
Blaise offers services in English & French.
